Context
DataB builds with engineered plywood. Before the platform, the chain from architectural intent to the CNC machine ran through several disconnected tools, and production had limited visibility into what was actually on the floor.
What I did
I designed and led the build of the core software: parametric design of plywood structures, automated nesting, generation of CNC-ready files, and production tracking on the shop floor. I'm now integrating LLM-based tools to speed up design decisions and engineering checks.
Outcome
A single platform the company runs on day-to-day, and a technical base that's now scaling toward pan-European deployment.
