Context
PlanRadar's customers needed to work with BIM models directly in the product, not just 2D plans, and to exchange issues with other tools using an open standard.
What I did
Built a cross-platform IFC viewer from scratch, then integrated BCF so issues raised against the model could move cleanly between PlanRadar and other BIM tools.
Outcome
Model-based issue tracking became a first-class feature of the platform, on web and mobile.
